The City of Florissant has 15 pavilions at 7 parks that are available for rental from April 1st through October 31st. These pavilions are rented to Residents of the City of Florissant, who have a current Resident card.
Pricing is as follows:
Veach Pavilion #1, St. Ferdinand Park All other pavilions
Monday-Thursday $75.00/day $50.00/day
Friday-Sunday and Holidays $85.00/day $70.00/day
All pavilions require a $200.00 security deposit, which is refundable after your event as long as all the rules and regulations are followed. Payment is required at the time of reservation.
To book a pavilion you can either visit the James J. Eagan Center (JJE) or the JFK Community Center (JFK) during regular office hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or call JJE 314-839-7670 or JFK 314-921-4250.
Pavilions must be reserved at least one week in advance.
All pavilion fees are non-refundable.
NO DJs or large sound systems are allowed in any park.
Ballfield use is by special permission only and requires a separate permit.
The reservation of a pavilion does not grant the users of the pavilion unconditional usage of the entire park.
All special requests, such as bounce houses, game or food trucks, petting zoos, or pony rides must be submitted in writing at least 3 weeks prior to your event or at the time that the pavilion reservation is made so that an insurance waiver may be obtained. Other items brought into the park such as BBQ grills, cotton candy or snow-cone machines, tables, or tents also must be submitted in writing for approval.

A 13-acre park that has an outdoor swimming pool, horseshoe courts, sand volleyball, a multipurpose court, and the location of the Sherman Tank. There are also 2 picnic pavilions with BBQ pits and electricity

Duchesne Park

A 10-acre park that has one pavilion with a BBQ pit and electric. There is a playground and restroom in the park.
Dunegant Park
1930 Derhake Road
A 52-acre park that has 5 ball fields, 3 playgrounds, 2 restrooms, 1 hand ball court, 6 tennis courts and an 18 hole Disc Golf Course. There are 2 picnic pavilions with BBQ pits and electric.

Manion Park
15 Manion Park Drive
A 7-acre park located off of Graham Road. It includes a lighted multipurpose court, playground equipment, pavilion with BBQ pit and electric.
315 Howdershell Road
A 70-acre park which has two major attractions, the John F. Kennedy Community Center and a splash pad. The park also has multipurpose courts, playground, sand volleyball court and an archery range. There are two pavilions with BBQ pits and electricity.

25 St. Ferdinand Park Drive
A 64-acre park that has 5 picnic pavilions each having a BBQ pit of which 4 pavilions have electric. There are 6 lighted ball fields along with 3 unlit fields. There are four playground areas in the park, 2 restrooms, sand volleyball courts, soccer field, tennis courts and a lake which can be used for fishing.

2300 Sunset Park Drive
A 108-acre park located at 2300 Sunset Park Drive. There is a trail that runs along the shore of the Missouri river (Sunset Trail is 3.9 miles). This park is also home to the Sunset Nature Lodge that can be rented for various functions. There is a pavilion with a BBQ pit that can be rented.
