The vacant property registration form shall be completed by any owner or authorized Management Company of a vacant property that has been vacant or is expected to be vacant for a period of 6 months or more. An annual fee of $200.00 is due; payable to The City of Florissant. Please complete and return this form with your payment to:

Vacant property with code violations
In accordance with Chapter 5, Sec. 510-400 of the City’s building code The City will impose a semi-annual fee of $200.000 on any property that has been vacant for a period of 6 months or more and is in violation of the City’s housing codes. In addition any time a re-inspection occurs on a property that is still in violation a $45.00 re-inspection fee will occur. In the event this fee is not paid within the timeframe set forth a lien may be placed on the property, enforceable as are other liens, by recording the outstanding fee in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in St. Louis County.
