Resident Card Requirements

Everyone in the household, including all children receiving a card, MUST be listed on the occupancy permit. This will be checked by our staff when you come to get your card. Proof of residency includes an unpaid utility bill, bank statement, paycheck stub, monthly business statement (i.e. cell phone bill) mailed to the house. Proof of residency must have been mailed to the house, list your name and address, and be dated within the last 30 days.

21 & Older: Must present photo ID & Show Proof of Residency
             Ages 4-20: Must be accompanied by a resident parent or legal guardian

(ages 18-20 may come without a parent if they can present a bill, bank statement, etc at the address in their own name)

Proof of residency documents must be physical copies mailed to the house. The only exception is a utility bill (gas, electric, water) which may be printed from the company website or shown directly on a smart phone. 

The cost for a resident card is as follows:

Youth (4-17) $3
Adult (18-59) $5
Senior (60+) $3

Photo ID Hours

Residents can obtain their Resident Card at either Community Center during business hours up until 30 minutes before close. See building hours below:

Labor Day - Memorial Day

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 8:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Sunday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM

Replacement Card Fees

If a card is lost or stolen, a replacement card can be purchased during photo ID hours. Current identification showing name and address must be presented cost for the replacement card is $5.00.
