The Council meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month in the Council Chambers, Florissant City Hall, 955 Rue St Francois, at 7:00PM. Meetings are open to the public. Citizens may speak up to 3 minutes under "hearings from citizens". Please contact the city clerk at 839-7630 for further information.
