ST CATHERINE IMPROVEMENTS - STBG-5595(619)

PUBLIC NOTICE: St Catherine Improvements Project Open Comment Period. Notice is hereby given to all interested persons to submit a public comment about the St Catherine project after reviewing the preliminary plans available online during the comment period

COMMENT PERIOD: Thursday, November 13th, 2025, 8:00 AM through Monday, December 15th, 2025, 5:00 PM CST

PROJECT SCOPE: The project replaces the 4’ wide non-ADA-compliant sidewalks on both sides with 5’ wide ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps.  This will make the entire facility ADA-compliant.  In addition, the road will be resurfaced, and all of the curb and gutter on both sides of the road will be replaced. All improvements will be on St. Catherine Street between North New Florissant Road and Waterford Drive. 

PUBLIC COMMENT: Written statements will be accepted and included in the public record if received by December 15th, 2025, 5:00 PM CST. Comment forms are linked below, along with preliminary plans for your review. Submit comments by mail, email, or in person.
