Community Development Block Grant

The City of Florissant receives funds each year through the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The primary objective of the CDBG Program is the development of viable urban communities, by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment. The City of Florissant, as an entitlement city, receives CDBG funds directly from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
