Lieutenant Rick Pfaff commands the Bureau of Support Services (BSS). He is responsible for those operations that support the patrol and investigative efforts of the department. The functions under his command include the Records Unit, Information Technology, Professional Standards, Training, Recruitment, School Resource Officers, Code Enforcement, Traffic Safety Unit, DARE and Park Police.
