Home Improvement Mechanical Program

Are you a homeowner and have found yourself without heating or cooling? Emergency assistance is available through the Home Improvement Mechanical Program and could be your answer!

The HIP Mechanical Program offers a limited number of grants up to $5,000 to homeowners for the replacement of heating and cooling units and water heaters.  The household must qualify as low to moderate income.
