Down Payment Assistance
The City of Florissant is offering Down Payment Assistance to income eligible, first-time home buyers.
The Down Payment Assistance Program provides interest-free forgivable loans of $5,000 to be used towards the down payment and closing costs for the purchase of a home within Florissant city limits. If the homeowner liv
es in the home for five years the loan will be forgiven.
