Florissant Business Owners-Resident Privileges
The owner of any business located within the city limits and their immediate family living at that address, shall be deemed a resident and eligible to receive resident cards. If more than one person owns the business, then the individual who signs the business license application and their immediate family will be the ones eligible to receive a resident card. To obtain a resident card you must come up to either the James J Eagan Community Center or the JFK Community Center. We will enter your information and take any pictures, however you will not be issued the card(s) until we can verify that you are the Business Owner through our Finance Department. This may take up to 2 days. If we are unable to verify your ownership at the time of your visit, we will mail you your cards upon verification of ownership.
