The City of Florissant has several ordinances designed to preserve the appearances of your neighborhood. Officer Gary Schlottach is part of the city’s Neighborhood Preservation Task Force, which is comprised of members of the police, building, and health departments. If you have a specific complaint about a housing code or an  ordinance violation, please email gschlottach@florissantmo.com. Please be as specific as possible concerning the violation, and Officer Schlottach will be happy to investigate the complaint.
