Community Emergency Response Team

You are scheduled to attend the next C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) training, sponsored by the Florissant Police Department and the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District.

The next class is scheduled to begin March 10th and each consecutive Wednesday through April 28th, 2010 from 6:30PM – 9:30PM at the Florissant Police Department.

The tentative schedule is:

Session II	Wednesday, March 24	Medical Operations, Life Threatening Injuries, Assessment & Treatment
Session III	Wednesday, March 31	Medical Operations, C.P.R., Triage
Session IV	Wednesday, April 7	Fire Suppression
Session V	Wednesday, April 14	Light Search & Rescue
Session VI	Wednesday, April 21	CERT Organization & Disaster Psychology
Session VII	Wednesday, April 28	Skills Session & Final Exam
