Bicycles are one of the most frequently stolen items in Florissant. Bicycles are also among the most commonly recovered property but because ownership is difficult to determine many are not returned to their owners. As a means of assisting with the identification of bicycles, city ordinance requires that bicycles be registered with the city. Upon registration the owner will receive a reflective green license decal that should be affixed to the bicycle frame below the seat post. The license file creates a database to assist us in identifying lost of stolen bicycles and returning them to their owners.
To register a bicycle, fill out the following form and either attach it to an email and send it to dtrent@florissantmo.com or print it out and bring it to:
