Bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department. Bids can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Purchasing at 955 Rue St. Francois St., Florissant, MO 63031. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number and bid name. NO FAXED BIDS ACCEPTED. The City reserves the right to split bid items on this bid among the vendors on a multiple basis, or award to one vendor as the overall low bidder.
The City of Florissant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request rebids on the required materials. The City also reserves the right to award the contract on such material the City deems will best serve its interests. It further reserves the right to award the contract on a split order bases, lump sum, or individual item basis, or such combination as shall best serve the interests of the City unless otherwise stated. The City also reserves the right to waive minor variations to specifications (Interpretation of minor variations will be made by applicable City department personnel).
