For adults 18 years and older.   The pool is sectioned into lap lanes with deep and shallow areas for swimming or exercising.

 

M - F 12:30 - 1:30 PM (Through May 23)
M/W/F 12:15 - 1:15 PM (May 27-Aug 1)
