New Development Projects in Florissant Starting Summer 2007
Mayor Robert G. Lowery, Sr. announced today that this upcoming summer will bring about $154,000,000 in new developments to the City of Florissant. They are:
- Maloney Manor - Life Care Center - $50 million
- Serenity Medical Building - $10 million
- Behlmann Homes - 60 new homes - $16 million
- Golds Gym & 10,000 sq. ft. of retail - $5 million
- 33 Acre Delta Retail Sight (Old Zykan) - $25 million
- Acute Care Hospital @ Graham & I-270 - $45 million
- Starbucks @ I-270 & Graham
- Olympic Motors @ North Highway 67 & New Florissant
- Target Expansion of 12,000 sq. ft. for additional retail
The Mayor indicated that they will continue on as a team to make the City of Florissant the most progressive city in the State of Missouri. He also stated that this upcoming winter will bring additional new housing and commercial developments and that continued progress and beautification of Florissant is a top priority of his, his administration and the City Council.
The Mayor said, "I am extremely proud and elated to report this information to all of the St. Louis area and that progress is achievable as is shown by the hard work of the people of Florissant."
