Free Mulch Available
November 2, 2007The City of Florissant has free mulch available to the general public.
The mulch must be picked up and loaded by the individual (no delivery).
The mulch pile is located behind the Park Maintenance facility at Koch Park on Charbonier Road.
Open 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday.

The mulch pile is for pick up only; Dumping is a violation of city ordinance.
