PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

       A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of Florissant, Mo. in Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois on Monday, July 14, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. on the following proposition:                       

         To rezone for Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union d/b/a American Eagle Credit Union the property located at 1150 St. Pierre  from R-4 Single Family Dwelling District  to B-5 Planned Commercial District to allow for a new commercial building.

         Citizens will have an opportunity to be heard.  Anyone with special needs should contact the City Clerk at least 5 days before said public hearing by calling 839-7630 or TDD 839-5142.

   In accordance with 405.310 of the Florissant Zoning Code a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of Florissant, Mo. in Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois on Monday, July 14, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. on the following proposition:

           To authorize an amendment to Special Permit #5620 to Ed Bennett d/b/a Hendel's Market to allow for an addition to the existing building for the property located at 599 rue St. Denis (legal description to govern).  Citizens will have an opportunity to be heard.  Anyone with special needs should contact the City Clerk at least 5 days before said public hearing by calling 839-7630 or TDD 839-5142.
