MAYOR'S ADVISORY TRAFFIC COMMISSION

Meeting to be held at the James J. Eagan Center, Room 3, at 7:00 PM.

Call to Order.

Correction and approval of Minutes of November 8, 2011 Meeting.  The
December 13, 2011 meeting was cancelled due to the lack of agenda items.    

 

UNDER OLD BUSINESS:

08/11              REQUEST FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION AT FOX RUN DRIVE
                      AND PEPPERHILL DRIVE
                        WARD 6

Request was made to place stop signs on Fox Run Drive and
Pepperhill Drive to create a four-way stop intersection.  See e-mail from  Councilman Stinnett,  October 5, 2011.  This item was postponed from the November 8, 2011 meeting to give the Police Department time to set up the radar trailer and to gather data.

UNDER NEW BUSINESS:

01/12              REQUEST NO PARKING ON SHAWNEE DURING THE
                         TIME ROBINWOOD SCHOOL IS LETTING OUT
                        WARD 7

Request was made to place no parking signs on Shawnee during the time Robinwood School is getting out.  See e-mail from Councilwoman McKay,  December 1, 2011.

MISCELLANEOUS: 

     There were no miscellaneous items sent to the Traffic Commission for review.
