WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES

January 11, 2012

              The City Council met on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 7:00 pm for a work session in the Government Center at 1055 rue St. Francois, Florissant, Missouri. Council members in attendance included:  Lee, English, Stinnett, Hernandez, Grib, Eagan  Also in attendance was City Clerk Karen Goodwin.    Council President Keith English stated that a quorum was present and the meeting was brought to order at 7:00 pm.

              Council President English stated that the purpose of this meeting was to conduct interviews for a Planning and Zoning Commission appointment.  He stated that there are four candidates and copies of their applications and resumes have been made available. 

              The Council members were provided four copies of a list of questions sent in be each Council member.  Each Council member will ask their question and Council President English would ask the questions that were submitted by those who were absent this evening.

              The Council interviewed, Stanly Ebersol, Mark Behlmann, David Hill and Steven Olds. 

              Following the interviews, the Council decided to put this matter on the next executive session for final discussion before appointing at the regular meeting.  They directed the City Clerk to send letters to all of the applicants when the decision is made.

There being no further business to discuss Councilman Lee moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm, seconded by Grib, motion carried.
