CITY COUNCIL

OPEN EXECUTIVE SESSION

                                                                                                         April 9, 2012

The City Council of the City of Florissant met in open Executive Session on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 6:30 pm. in the Council Conference Room at 955 rue St. Francois, with President English presiding.  On Roll Call the following Council members were present: English, Schildroth, Lee, McKay-absent, Stinnett, Eagan, Grib, Hernandez-absent and Schmidt.  Also present were Mayor Thomas Schneider, City Clerk Karen Goodwin, and City Attorney John Hessel.

Councilman Schildroth moved to call for a closed meeting at 6:30 pm to confer with the City Attorney regarding legal matters pursuant to Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, seconded by Grib. On roll the Council voted:  Schildroth yes, McKay absent, Stinnett yes, Eagan, Grib yes, Hernandez absent, English yes, Lee yes, Schmidt yes.  Motion carried.

Council conferred with the City Attorney regarding legal matters with regard to the Walmart development. 

Councilman Schildroth moved to open the closed executive session, seconded by Eagan, on roll call the Council voted: Schildroth yes, English yes, McKay absent, Grib yes, Stinnett yes, Schmidt yes, Eagan yes, Lee yes, and Hernandez absent. The City Council opened the meeting at 6:55 p.m.

There being no further business to discuss Councilman Schildroth motioned to adjourn, seconded by McKay, motion carried and the meeting adjourned at  6:55 pm.
