Municipal Court

The Florissant Municipal Court is a Division of the Twenty First Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri.  The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court extends to all cases involving alleged violations of the Municipal Code or other ordinances of the City.

Hours of operation:

• Court office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Traffic Court sessions are held on designated Wednesday evenings at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. except when we have day court.  See court dates The Judge will see you in alphabetical order.  Appropriate dress is required.  All persons under the age of 18 must appear with a parent or legal guardian.
