HOME EQUITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
The City of Florissant offers a Home Equity Assurance Program for any property owner in Florissant who owns and occupies a single-family residence. The program was created to guarantee housing values in the City of Florissant. The program assures that a member's property value will not fall below the value established at the time it is registered with the program
